If you already have an account, please do not create a new account unless instructed to do so by EMH.

Your previous orders and student information is stored under your account number and will not be accessible under a different account.

If you have forgotten your account email, username, or password we can look it up for you or you can request an automated reset (below).

If your email or personal information has changed, or if you want to change your username or password, you can edit your account once you have logged in with your old email address.

User account


To create an account please choose a username and submit a valid email. You will be sent a confirmation message with your username and password shortly at that email address. We have known issues with aol, earthlink, and some other providers blocking site messages, so please make sure you are getting your emails. If you do not receive your emails, you may edit your account and use another provider. Once you log in you will be able to edit your user account. Thank you!

Account information
Spaces are allowed; punctuation is not allowed except for periods, hyphens, and underscores.
A valid e-mail address. All e-mails from the system will be sent to this address. The e-mail address is not made public and will only be used if you wish to receive a new password or wish to receive certain news or notifications by e-mail.
Please re-type your e-mail address to confirm it is accurate.
Please set your password to something you will remember but that would be hard to guess. A strong password contains upper and lowercase letters, numbers, and punctuation. To change the current user password, enter the new password in both fields.
Contact Information
The following section will be used to autofill forms and rosters on our website, so please make sure that all information is complete and accurate. PLEASE TURN OFF CAPS LOCK and use proper spelling, punctuation and capitalization.

Knowing your real name (first and last name required) will help us communicate with you and look up your account.

If you have a business or LLC, please type the name as you want it shown on your invoice header.

If you do not have an official business, please type your real name, followed by "Sports Services" in this space.

Example: Joseph Wade Sports Services

Your address will be used for mailing your paychecks so please be accurate and keep it updated as necessary! It will not be displayed to anyone other than our staff.

Please enter 2-letter abbreviation in all caps.

Having an alternate email can help us contact you in case your current email is changed or not working.

Please list preferred # first, followed by (home), (work), (cell), etc. We will not call you unless there is a critical need to get in touch with you. This information will only be visible to site owners/administrators.

Please enter the name and phone number of anyone you want contacted in case of emergency when you cannot be reached.
